Adil Huseynli, the founder of Bizimxeber.az, says that it is the number of times that the "Bolt" service steals money from his card: "You order and pay in cash. After the payment, it becomes clear that money has been deducted from your card. What kind of service is this? What to do about it? they want? Where are the institutions of this country that are supposed to control such companies? How do the banks work? After all, will it last this long?
The worst situation is when you order a taxi and cancel the order because it arrives late. You also see that money has been deducted from your card. There is no car, no order fulfilled or anything else. But you paid.
Why? They are engaged in banditry. I appeal to the relevant institutions. Monitor the activities of "Bolt Azerbaijan", they steal, commit banditry, pick pockets."
In general, A. Huseynli states that there are cases of theft in Azerbaijan, be it taxi, mobile, or other services provided to citizens: "Everyone tries to deceive, everyone tries to steal. The laws of this country are only on paper and these systems were created only to steal and rob. I don't know if there's another name for this. They pick your pocket where you're sitting, they cheat you where you're standing. Where is this? What country do we live in?".
